The methodolgy presented here will fundamentally be used by our consultants for all types of process improvement and tool harmonisation projects (apart from pure coaching projects).
The activities that need to be carried out during each phase depend on your goal, the current situation, your business sector, and given boundary conditions. The activities described here will always be carried out, the size of the effort varies according to the scope of the project
The phases in which you work with us is totally up to you. Each of the phases II to IV will be separately budgeted, formally quoted and appropriately charged. Individual activities from the different phases, e.g. an assessment or determination of the magnitude of corrective actions, can - as far as it makes sense - be quoted and carried out as individual services. In the getting-to-know-you discussion (Phase I) we need to find out together whether and which services are of interest to you. |

In the first discussion we will gather the task definition and your objectives and get to know each other (max. 90 mins)
