The activities defined in Phase III are implemented (1 – 5 years).
Activities
This phase is the longest in terms of time. In relation to the other phases this has the greatest call on resources. The activities defined in Phase III are now implemented. To achieve this the following activities take place:
- Detailed planning of the individual measures
- Execution of the planned training measures including information events (so-called Awareness sessions)
- Development of solutions (e.g. in Workshops, laboratories and test, execution of pilot projects), detailed assessments (comparisons of current-future state)
- Carry out measurements of the defined KPIs
- Prepare process and role descriptions together with procedural instructions
- Tool evaluations and test
- Tool introductions
- Data migration (with or without data cleansing)
Benefits to you
In this phase we take over the training of the personnel as defined in Phase III. The training serves to deliver the necessary theoretical basic knowledge to execute the improvement measures. We prepare workshops and laboratories, evaluate them and develop solutions based on the results. Our extensive CMII knowledge allows us to compare the solutions developed with the optimal process. We make available the capabilities for the documentation of the processes and organise all activities related to the evaluation and introduction of tools. Our skills as seminar and workshop leaders come fully into play here.
