Phase II PDF
The aim of phase II is to get an exact understanding about the problem definition and your desired goals and obtain the agreement of all participants (3 to 5 days)

Activities

The following activities are to be carried out in this phase:

  • Definition, confirmation and detailing of the problem itself and the expectations of the solution.
  • Clear and concise definition of the goal and defining the criteria to determine achievement of the goal
  • Clarification of the boundary conditions, exclusion criteria and time limits
  • Boundary conditions and/or expectations regarding software tools
  • Definition of the core team, which is responsible for the development of the solution

The result from this phase is a clear and concise documentation of the points detailed above. The phase ends with the release of the documentation to all participants.

Benefit to you

In this phase you are benefiting above all from our experience in gathering all the relevant requirements. We have in many projects the right and important questions to ask and to express the answers in a clear and concise manner. In this phase there are typically a series of workshops and individual interviews in different areas and hierarchical levels, and you benefit for our competence as workshop and seminar leaders, from the experience in the setting up and organising of group and individual discussions and, not least, from our conflict and problem resolution competence.
