General Provisions

Today, consulting services are available for nearly every topic or problem. Therefore it is important to notice, that 'Consultant' is not a protected profession, like a doctor is, that means, that there is no standardized training for a professional, that would create an uniform occupational understanding. Therefore, as provider of consultancy services, we would like to disclose our understanding of consulting, what principles and rules we follow and which values are giving us the needed orientation.

Added Value of Consulting

Every good consulting has its price. But the most expensive consulting is not necessarily the best. Best in class consulting is customer-driven. Therefore, the achievement of the consultant is to support the client on the way to his goals, by taking the problems seriously and giving thought-provoking impulses for the next possible action. At the beginning of every consulting project, together with the customer we define criteria for measuring the success of the project. The decisions are not the taken by the consultant by giving the client a blueprint, his expertise is to constitute and manage the process on the path to the objective. An experienced and skilled consultant ensures that the client reaches the objective on the shortest and safest way (like a mountain guide, guiding his clients on the shortest way and in accordance with the shape of the client to the summit - however, the client has to climb himself). The consultant is helping to search for coherent objectives and to develop confidence to achieve this. Unreachable, utopistic or even questionable goals as well as unfeasible boundary conditions are unveiled by the consultant, challenged altogether with the client and transformed in achievable objectives.
