We would be happy to put together for you a suitable package in any subject area, consisting of a mix of training (a.), assessments (b.), workshops (c.), and consultancy (d.):
- Training serves to provide your employees with the necessary theoretical skills. There is a whole raft of pre-developed courses and series of courses. As required these can be specially tailored to you sector and or business. A complete new concept development is also possible.
- During an assessment we will check the current way of working in connection with the theoretical base model (as portrayed in the training), in order to derive the necessary measures for tyour organisation. How many assessments are necessary and which areas need to be included can be defined together with you in Phase II (see "Our Approach")
- Workshops (and laboratories) are necessary to develop and test how the theoretical knowledge of your organisation can be sustainably implemented. These workshops are lead by our experienced consultants. In this way it can be guaranteed that the workshops proceed efficiently and the necessary results will be developed.
- With individual consultation, solutions will be developed for all types of issues and problems in connection with the defined task. The consultant acts as expert for the solution process, without directly dictating the solutions. Our consultants are trained experts for meeting and consulting methods and are completely familiar with subject areas of leadership and co-operation.
Consultation can also serve to provide additional detailed knowledge, which would be dealt with as individual training (Training-on-the-job).
