Achievement of CMMi level 3 |

Our customer wanted to achieve CMMi level 3 as fast as possible.
 |
We had to define and implement new approaches in software development. The software development team was distributed on 2 european locations. We did establish a process improvement team consiting of process experts and key users. The team had to develop, document and pilot new methods.
In that project GfKM was the process owner for 3 processes and coach for all other basic processes.
