Improvement of the Requirements Management Process |

The aim of the customer was to extend the requirements of the management process, to integrate the process further and to automate it by using a 3rd party tool.
In addition measurement methods should be defined in order to get meaningful parameters indicating the usefulness of the RM process. Furthermore the measurement results should also deliver pointers to additional improvement potential
GfKM performed as coach of the process improvement team and carried out workshops on the subject of Requirements-, Change- und Configuration Management
