Under the designation "Course 10" we are offering an information seminar on the topic of Configuration Management and CMII lasting between 2 and 4 hours (according to requirements). The seminars are aimed at all those would like to receive an insight into the subject of Configuration Management and the CMII standard. The seminar is also suited to business leadership who would like to get some information about Configuration Management and CMII.

In the seminars we bring over also the necessary Awareness for CM and an insight into the CMII standard. We offer the seminars in three ways:

• Public Infoseminars in various locations, see "Schedule and Registration".
• Public webcasts on the Internet and certain times or in recorded form as a video.
• Company-internal Infoseminars as requested

The following topics will be addressed

• Who needs CM (unnecessary cost increases due to re-/double work)
• What CM is and what CMII is (why good requirements are very important)
• How CMII works
  - How requiremenst and other documents can be best structured
  - Identification, storage and linking of documents
  - Validation and release of documents
  - The CMII change process
• What CMII brings to an organisation
• How you can learn more about CMII

Duration and location

The public CMII Infoseminars take about 4 hours. Webseminars last about 1 hour. Company internal seminars last between 2 and 4 hours, based on requirements and emphasis. Dates and locations for the public seminars can be found under "Schedule and Registration".

Course fees

The participation at CMII Infos Seminars is free. For company internal seminars, perhaps only travel costs would be due. We would be happy to provide you with an individual quote.
