General Provisions
Today, consulting services are available for nearly every topic or problem. Therefore it is important to notice, that 'Consultant' is not a protected profession, like a doctor is, that means, that there is no standardized training for a professional, that would create an uniform occupational understanding. Therefore, as provider of consultancy services, we would like to disclose our understanding of consulting, what principles and rules we follow and which values are giving us the needed orientation.

Basic Principles of Our Consulting Services |

1.) Nature of Sustained Changes
We see the biggest benefit of external consulting in the case when a change has to happeninside an organization. Such a change cannot be simply prescribed, it needs to be actively designed. A volitional but not actively managed change is reflected in the statement: ' We have improved our processes (CM, RM, etc.) but in practice they are not followed.' Hence, it is our assignment to design sustainable changes.
