This new course (How to Achieve Integrated Process Excellence) is the first course in a series of advanced courses. The course is a pre-requisite for the certificates CMII Advanced and CMII Professional. It has been developed because many certified people even after the successful completion of the CMII course series had detailed questions in connection with the deployment of CMII in their businesses – CMII-07 delivers the answers to all these questions such as:  

• How do you put together the "correct" team for process improvement,
• How can a practical implementation plan be defined and involve the company
  management accordingly,
• How can the root cause of problems be identified and the problems avoided in the future,
• How can product and data quality be significantly improved,
• How can the concept of "Creator/User" Teams be implemented in reality, and how a more
  efficient workflow can be controlled,
• How the Fast-Track process can be implemented in reality, so that it will also be used in
  Engineering and enable 75-85% of all changes will go this way,
• How, in the first phase, processes and in the second phase, existing software tools
  can be improved,
• And more.
