 Businesses which are currently improving their existing processes by using the principles of the CMII Standard should allow themselves to be officially certified. This achieves internal clarity about what has been achieved to date and also important transparency externally. "The business works more efficiently and with less re-work - better, faster and more cost-effectively than the competition."
When certifying as a business "applying CMII" the current progress on the path to Integrated Process Excellence is checked and openly declared. There are 5 process maturity levels from "Unaware" to "Excellence". The requirements that need to be fulfilled at each level and the related actions can be taken from the "CMII-200A: Standard for Business Process Certification" which can be found in the Download area.
